Spain Madrid South Mission
Spain · Europe
Spain map outline

Very temperate weather on the coast year round. It is a little more warmer in the summer and colder in the winter inland.

Start the Visa process ASAP!!

Don't over pack. The apartments often have clothing left by other missionaries. They have relatively cheaper (compared to the rest of Europe) shopping, and you can find everything there, including shoes.

Packages are not feasible to send, but Amazon Spain is a great way to order things.

There are cobblestone streets everywhere, so get good, sturdy shoes and luggage that has good (only 2) wheels because both will take a beating.
Sisters can wear sandals, such as Tevas.

At train stations for transfers, you will have to go through security, so don't bring anything that could be considered a weapon- even multi tools.
