You need to wear thermals under your clothes. Also a Trapper hat and a warm coat is needed.
Get warm, waterproof shoes or boots for the winter.
During the summer, it is important to have a water bottle with you, so a shoulder bag that can hold a water bottle OR even a camelback (water backpack) with a pocket to hold a Book of Mormon is nice.
