Hot and humid summers, where it feels really muggy. Winters are cold, snowy, and windy. The weather can be unpredictable from one day to the next with rain and wind.
You will need a good, warm coat with cold weather gear: hat, gloves, warm socks, etc.
You will also need a good rain jacket.
Shoes that have been recommended are sorel boots or Blundstone boots.
Missionaries are only allowed to eat meals with members on Sundays.
Sisters end up wearing pants pretty frequently, so pack extras.
