A good quality rain jacket is super awesome to have here. The locals don’t carry umbrellas, and it would be difficult riding a bike with one anyway. The rain is more of a steady drizzle than a down pour, so good rain jackets are key. Some even like rain pants to go over your slacks to protect your pants when biking.
It is both a bike and a car mission.
