Four seasons. The summers are REALLY hot and humid. The winters are cold, but mild. With icy winds, it can feel pretty biting, though. Snow is possible, but light and infrequent.
It is located in “tornado alley,” so hail, strong winds, flash floods, and tornadoes are possible in spring and summer.
A good coat, thermals, and gloves are needed. Also pack a good rain jacket. It can often pour rain.
This is a HEAVY biking mission. The Oklahoma, Oklahoma City mission Facebook page is a great resource for buying and selling bikes.
Backpacks are used in this mission and often preferred to side bags because of the biking. A camelback is also noted as being very helpful in the hot, humid summers.
Sisters prefer to wear pants everyday. They are nicer to bike in. They also have lots of clothing left behind from other missionaries.
Elders: you can get by with 1 washable suit with 2 pair of suit pants. You really only wear them to church or meetings. The rest of the time you wear golf pants. Just get pants durable enough for the biking. Lululemon and under armour have been noted to hold up well.
Get good shoes: ECCO and Dr. Martens (Elders) and Dansko and Dr. Martens (Sisters) are most recommended.

People serving in hot missions highly recommend a hydration backpack. CamelBak is the brand mentioned most, but there are plenty of lower-cost options as well.
Serve shirts have a ventilation panel in the side of the shirt making them noticeably more breathable. Missionaries serving in hot or humid places absolutely RAVE about this feature. The most popular shirt for hot-climate missions, for sure.
