Canada map outline

Climate: Dry with long, cold, and snowy winters and warm, short summers.Temps range from 27°F-73°F. The cold is more of a dry cold, which down-filled coats work well in. Sheepskin mittens are also nice. Thermal garments or underclothing is recommended for the winter. Heated vests and gloves are also very useful. Most of the Elders wear Blundstone winter-lined boots.

Mission-Specific Recommendations
Blundstone (Elders) $210–$275

By far the most mentioned boots in ALL missionary threads. It is a Chelsea boot style. A thermal version is available for really cold climates. I haven't found a negative review of Blundstones. Many missionaries say these lasted their entire mission and still look nice.
